  • Items bought from the shop can be paid for by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or a PayPal account.

  • When you checkout on our site PayPal is used to process that payment. YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT to be able to complete your purchase.

    When you click the “Pay with PayPal” button you will be taken to a login page that also has the option to “Pay with Debit or Credit Card”. When you choose that latter option you will be taken to a guest checkout page to put your payment details in.

  • I’ve tried to balance keeping delivery costs reasonable with ensuring safe travel of pieces. Shipping is charged at a £5 flat fee.

  • General shop orders are typically sent out two to three times a week and usually take 3-5 business days for UK shipping.

    Let us know at the time of ordering if you have a time sensitive order and we'll do our best to meet your requirements.

  • Cancellations may be made prior to the item(s) dispatch. Should you wish to cancel after this time you will be responsible for postage costs to return the item(s) fully insured. It is important when returning goods that you obtain proof of postage as I cannot refund items lost in transit. Please use the contact form to let me know of your cancellation intentions.

    Please notify me upon receipt of any damaged items, preferably with a photo of the issue. Each and every item that is sent out is defect free unless advertised otherwise at the time of sending, in an instance that you find your item(s) anything less than perfect please let me know and I will work with you to solve the issue. Contact details will be enclosed with your order.

    Personalised / customised / bespoke items are final sale items and non-refundable as due to their nature they cannot be re-sold.

    You have a statutory right to exchange or return non-custom items up to 14 days from your receipt of the goods. Exchanges and returns are made at your own cost and should be well packaged as a refund will only be made on perfect and re-saleable goods received. Please retain proof of postage and ensure the item is covered by postal insurance to protect against damage to the goods or loss on the return journey as I cannot refund items lost in transit.

  • We have one planet, let’s be kind to it. I try my very best in work and life to create the smallest and lightest footprint possible. There is no greenwashing here, just honest and simple intentions to do my very best.

  • I take great care in the packaging of art works, should you receive a piece that is faulty or damaged please contact me using the form here within 48 hours of delivery receipt.
