Privacy and Data Handling.

I treat your personal information and data in the strictest confidence and would never misuse it. I do like to be transparent, so would like to let you know what information is obtained and what is done with it. If you have any questions, comments or would like me to check if I have any information on you, to update that information or delete it, please contact the Data Protection Officer at any time via the contact form.

  • When you place an order, you provide Victory Victory with your information for me to be able to process and ship your order. I retain this information in case there is an issue with goods so that I can help you.

Information required for tax and legal requirements is held for 7 years as a requirement by law. This data remains within my system until such time that I delete it manually.

For the super interested, the shop is hosted by Squarespace who have information about GDPR here.

  • Whether you pay online or in person by non-cash methods all payments are processed via PayPal – I do not hold any payment information. PayPal have their own privacy and data handling pages here.

  • Occasionally your information may be obtained via other channels and methods not detailed above such as social media. Likewise if you direct message me for me to send you something or for a mutually agreed reason. Any information you provide is received in good faith and used only for the purposes agreed.

I will not share your details with a third party unless for the processing of your purchase or I am required to do so by law or you have agreed for me to do so.

When you click on links on the store, they may direct you away from my site. I am not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.

  • I do not hold a mailing list specifically for marketing on my work at Victory Victory but instead connect via Substack.

If you choose to sign up to that community you agree to their own data handling and privacy terms.
